Raddiene is a founder-led team of three based in Croatia, founded in 2024. We bring hands-on backend development and production experience to businesses that need capable people close to the work.
Our founder, Mateo Ivan Radman, has been lead engineer on Slick Cover, Allianz UK’s digital-first car insurance, sold to drivers across the UK. He has been responsible for the backend behind quotes, payments and claims, AWS, the engineering team and its releases. He has also worked as an L3 support engineer at Copia.io.
That experience shapes our approach: understand the system, make the trade-offs clear and take responsibility for the piece of work we agree.
