Services
Production support
and AWS.
When something fails in production, you need someone who can find out what is actually failing and why. We investigate backend issues, maintain existing applications and help make releases more dependable.
What we do
- Investigation and fixes
- Logs, queues, recent releases and third-party changes, followed through to a root cause and a fix.
- Ongoing maintenance
- Dependency upgrades, security patches and small improvements that keep an application healthy.
- AWS application infrastructure
- The AWS services your application runs on, set up and documented so your team understands them.
- Release support
- Release processes and checks that get changes into production in a controlled way.
Experience behind it
Our founder has worked as an L3 support engineer at Copia.io and has managed releases on a multi-million-pound insurance product. That shapes how we support software in use: patient investigation, clear communication and fixes that deal with the cause.
Common questions
Can you support an application you did not build?
Yes. A lot of support work starts with software someone else wrote. We begin with a review of the code, the infrastructure and the known issues.
Do you offer ongoing support?
We can agree a regular arrangement for maintenance and investigation, or help with a specific incident or backlog of issues.
What do you need from us to start?
Access to the code and logs, and time with the people who know the history. A short list of the problems that hurt most is a good first brief.
Start a conversation
Tell us about the system, the problem and the outcome you need. A short description is enough to start.
