Experience behind it
Our founder has been lead engineer on Slick Cover, Allianz UK’s digital-first car insurance, with responsibility for the backend, the engineering team and its releases. We bring the same ownership to smaller teams and earlier-stage products.

Can you work in our time zone?
We are based in Croatia and work with UK and US teams. We agree working-hour overlap and communication routines at the start of each engagement.
How does an engagement usually start?
With a conversation about the outcome you need, followed by an agreed scope and a first milestone.
Will you replace our engineers?
No. We work alongside your team and hand over what we build so your engineers can own it.
